Overview

Children imagining shapes in the clouds β€” campaign illustration detail

A key visual illustration created for UNICEF's International Children's Day campaign, celebrating childhood, diversity, and the idea that every child deserves to be seen, valued, and supported. The artwork was developed as the central visual for the campaign and adapted across multiple formats, including social media, printed postcards, and a mobile application created in collaboration with a banking partner. Through a dreamlike world of floating clouds and diverse characters, the illustration creates a warm and inclusive space where children can imagine, connect, and belong.

Creative Approach

Diverse children in a cloud landscape β€” inclusion through emotion

For this campaign, I wanted to create an image that communicated inclusion through emotion rather than explanation. The cloud landscape became a visual metaphor for a shared world where every child has space to dream. Children from different backgrounds and experiences come together naturally, connected by curiosity, imagination, and friendship. The goal was to create a universal visual message β€” one that children could relate to and adults could recognize as a celebration of equality and belonging.

Selected Artwork

Key visual illustration. Original artwork and examples of campaign applications.

Status:

Commissioned campaign illustration created for UNICEF's International Children's Day initiative. The artwork was adapted and used across multiple communication platforms, including digital and printed materials.
